Delivery

Flat €15 per order, anywhere in Ireland. One rate, whether you order one box or ten. There is no minimum order and no account to open.

Orders arrive within 5 working days. We do not offer a next-day service, so if you need stock for a specific date, order with a few days in hand.

We currently deliver within Ireland only.

VAT and pricing

Every price on this site is shown excluding VAT, which is how the trade buys. Irish VAT at 23% is added at checkout, alongside the €15 delivery, and both appear on your invoice.

So a €89.97 order is €110.66 including VAT, plus €15 delivery: €125.66 to pay. If you are VAT registered you reclaim the VAT in the normal way.

Repeat orders

Anything available on a repeat schedule can be set to every 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks, with up to 15% off each delivery. You can skip a delivery, pause the schedule or cancel it from your account at any time. There is no contract and no notice period. Delivery is charged at the same flat €15 on each order.

Returns

If something is not right, send it back unopened within 30 days and we will refund it. Contact us first and we will tell you where to send it.

We cannot accept opened packs back, for food safety reasons.

Damaged or missing items

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it. A photo of the damage speeds it up considerably.
